A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY DEAREST SHAN-LING


Dearest Han Pei Shan, a very happy 17th birthday to you. It is a day specially made for you so enjoy yourself. May all your dreams and wishes come true. I wish you all the best for the remaining of this year and also for years to come. I sms-ed to at the stroke of midnight. Hope I was the first....Hehe...You have been the greatest friend of all, always there for me, and listening to me whenever I face setbacks in my life. Even though we have only known each other for some time, it feels like I have known you my whole life. You have always had my back and supported me through everything and no words can mention how grateful I am to you. You are a true friend I truly care for and I could never ask for anyone else. Therefore, I would just like to say a very big THANK YOU to you for all you done for me. You are definitely LOVED. Hope I have been as much as a great friend to you as you have been to me. Thanks again for everything. And a big thanks to Maria-ling as well because without her, I would have never met someone as amazing as you. You will receive my gift fo you on Monday. I really hope you like it.
Well, after school yesterday, Maria, Mahathir, Fitri, Shan-ling and myself headed to Vivo City as we had a surprise for Shan-ling for her birthday. It was an advance birthday celebration as we could not celebrate her birthday on the actual day. She had completely no idea of the surprise. The truth, I did not know much either but just went along for the ride as Pei Shan wanted me there too. Once we got there, we met up with Gwen and made our way up to the open area of Vivo City. SURPRISE!!!! Shan-ling was definitely surprised and she sure had a huge smile on her face. We met up with the rest of Maria's classmates such as lovely Eera, Max, CK, Joanne, Nate and so many more. Sorry can't really remember all your names but you guys are a whole lot of fun. We all wished a happy birthday to Shan, took pictures and ate the cake, which was really nice and chocolatey. We hung out at the open area and thereafter, went for dinner at Food Republic, as we were hungry. There, I sat across Eera, and therefore, we finally talked. I have to admit, that was the happiest moment of my life. I finally plucked up enough courage to talk to her, despite all my sincere feelings for her. We joked and sure had a lot of fun. I did not eat as I had to rush of somewhere else. She did not eat as well but it was OK. At least, we talked, and that was a good thing.
I hope this continues as I can show her that I am sincere. Around 8.45pm, I left. I wish I did not have to as I wanted to spend more time with her. But it was all right. Those few moments with her meant a lot to me and hopefully to her as well. I was extremely estatic it happened. And also, a very happy birthday to my funny classmate, Jiamin a.k.a Chicky....may all your dreams and wishes come true as well. That was what happened yesterday and it was definitely a day I enjoyed and I could never ever forget....

08/08/2008...a day I will forever remember

Today:

HAPPY 43rd BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE & HAPPY NATIONAL DAY TO EVERYONE!!!

I was supposed to hang out with my friends at Esplanade today to watch the fireworks but that did not happen. Why can't anyone reply when I wanted to confirm the time for us to meet?...Sigh...but it's OK...The day went well for me as well....I went out with my family and relatives. I wore red as usual, as I love my country and I am very patriotic. We went to IMM at first, shopped around, at had lunch & dinner and Swensens...ice-cream galore...and a meal with your loved ones...I will cherish it forever. A great meal and we all ended up so full...After enjoying a MEGA BURGER and ICE-CREAM...who wouldn't?...Heehee...We then headed to Esplanade and managed to catch the parade as well. The parade was all-in-all amazing and very colourful. I certainly was having the time of my life. Next, the moment I was waiting for the entire day....FIREWORKS!!!...They were really loud but magnificent. It was really beautiful, especially under the lovoely moonlight. How I wish Eera was there with me to see how beautiful it was. She had been wanting to catch the fireworks and if she was there, it would definitely make her very happy. The fireworks were amazing and beautiful as her. Ultimately, I had an awesome day as well as my family and loved ones.

These two days are the moments I will cherish forever and remember till eternity. Spending time with your loved ones and amazing friends...I could not ask for anything more...Well, holidays are drawing closer and the semester is ending. I love you W24D, every single one of you...Let's keep the love going...I can't bear to part with you guys...Let's stay united to matter what....I will always be there for you.

W24D, we are the greatest class ever. Let's always have fun and cherish the moments we have together...I LOVE YOU W24D.
